Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud Hotel Rooms

Location of the hotel was amazing, in downtown and close to many malls. the hotel met our expectations. If we ever go again to Riydah, we will definitely stay at the Novotel.

My room was excellent and cleaned daily. All furniture and equipment was 100% working. The hotel location is very pleasant, the nearest metro station was around 500m and with a walk you can reach the famous street with many restaurants and shops.

? Room Quality and Amenities: ​On a positive note, the actual rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. The quality of the housekeeping was excellent throughout the stay, and the general facilities of the hotel, including the breakfast service, were well-maintained and satisfactory. However, the positive aspects of the physical accommodation and services do not outweigh the profound lack of integrity in the financial transaction at check-in, making the overall experience deeply frustrating and costly.

Facilities were nice. Front office staff was cool.

Location is good. But google map made some confusion. Room was good. Breakfast was fair. Staff at the reception were excellent.

room was just right. not so much food selection. very basic food breakfast, no special in it.
